I’ve held leadership positions in both international corporations and smaller family-run manufacturing firms, working in production planning, public relations, and—over the past ten years—human resources.
My core personal value is deep respect — for colleagues, for diversity, for shared values, and for the meaningful connections between people and teams. That’s why I named my company humarth – the art of working with people. Respect, integrity, and human connection guide everything I do.
I see change and challenge as opportunities for growth and learning. My approach is based on partnership and shared experience, helping others discover new perspectives and fresh ways forward.
I believe that our perspective — how we see the world and how we interpret what happens around us — holds the key to solving many of our dilemmas, questions, and challenges.
My passion is to help people uncover new solutions, whether through mentoring, education, or coaching. A shift in perspective can not only bring light into the tunnel and improve how individuals or teams function — it can also make our lives easier, more fulfilling, and more human. And through that, we grow — mentally, emotionally, and personally.
Each of us holds a unique potential, and by reconnecting with our true selves, we move closer to achieving both personal and professional fulfillment.
Let’s face challenges with clarity, empathy, and effectiveness.
I’m a woman, a wife, and a mother to two amazing daughters.
Even though the world of work and business can be tough and often unforgiving for mothers — challenging both family life and a woman’s sense of identity — I believe that with clear priorities, healthy boundaries, and the understanding and support of our loved ones, we women can stay balanced and authentic.
And while there are plenty of responsibilities, we also make time for joy.
Together with my husband Peter and our daughters Emma and Viki, we love traveling and discovering new countries, customs, and cultures.
Living in the Danube lowlands, we’re drawn to both sunny beaches and mountain views — every hill is a “wow” for us.
We’re also curious food lovers: beyond traditional Slovak and Hungarian dishes, we enjoy exploring Italian, Indian, and Asian cuisine. For me, cooking is a way of expressing love and care for those I cherish — just like I’ve seen in case of my mother, mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and friends ❤
